  • Start in on your all fours in the table top position. Make sure you knees are under your hips and your hands under your shoulders.

  • Maintain a neutral spine by engaging you abdominal muscles.

  • Begin by extending the opposite hand and opposite legs outwards simultaneously away from your body. while keeping you shoulders and hips parallel to the floor.  

  • Hold this position for a few seconds then lower back down to the starting position. ..

  • Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.

TIPS

  • Avoid lifting your hips too high or allowing your back to curve past your natural curvature. 

  • Keep your hips level and don't rotate your hips.

  • Don't allow your chest to sink down towards the floor.
