Get Moving Summer Challenge 2022

Running from June 1st through June 30th,  this challenge is for persons of All fitness levels but is especially catered to those persons struggling to simply restart and commit to being active

Anchor 1
Week1

GMG #1: Complete 10 mins of physical activity (eg. walking, running, cardio machine, exercise class)

GMG #2: Complete 1 mile (1.6 km) either Walking/Running

 

Week 2

GMG #1: Complete 30 mins of a strength or weights activity/workout  (eg. gym workout, total body tone class, circuit class, pepperpot class)

GMG #2: Complete 1.25  mile (2 km) either Walking/Running

GMG #3: Complete 30 mins of physical activity (eg. walking, running, cardio machine, exercise class)

GMG #4
: Complete the 'Ab Burn - Circuit 225 (November 25th 2021) ' workout from the 'Workout of the Day' on the CDB Wellness Online homepage. 

Week 3

GMG #1: Complete 60 mins of physical activity (eg. walking, running, cardio machine, exercise class or a combination of any listed  to complete the 60 mins)

GMG #2: Complete a minimum of 1.56 miles (2.5 km) as either: (1) a total Run or as an interval workout where you alternate Running/Jogging for 60 seconds and Walking for 60 seconds

GMG #3: Complete the attached 'Open Circuit' workout - 'Open Circuit' workout

GMG #4:
Complete 1 (one) of the Exercise Videos from the 'Workout of the Day' on the CDB Wellness Online homepage. Please indicate which Video you completed (Title and Date) when submitting your results. 

Week 4

GMG #1: Complete 60 mins of physical activity (eg. walking, running, cardio machine, exercise class or a combination of any listed  to complete the 60 mins)

GMG #2: Complete a minimum of 1.56 miles (2.5 km) as either: (1) a total Run or as an interval workout where you alternate Running/Jogging for 60 seconds and Walking for 60 seconds

Week 5

GMG #1: Complete 60 mins of physical activity (eg. walking, running, cardio machine, exercise class or a combination of any listed  to complete the 60 mins)

GMG #2: Complete a minimum of  45 mins of a cardio activity (eg. walking, running, cardio machine, cardio-based class, cardio-based 'Workout of the Day' on the CDB Wellness Online homepage)

GMG #3: Complete a minimum of 45 mins of a strength / weights workout activity (eg. strength workout, 'Open Circuit' workout, strength-based 'Workout of the Day' on the CDB Wellness Online homepage)


GMG #4: Complete a minimum of 1.56 miles (2.5 km) as either: (1) a total Run or as an interval workout where you alternate Running/Jogging for 60 seconds and Walking for 60 seconds

GMG #5: Complete the 'Core Burner' Daily workout from November 11th, 2021 on the CDB Wellness Online homepage
