INSTRUCTIONS
-
Start by standing tall in the with your feet shoulder width apart.

Position your body tall with your body upright and on the balls of your feet.

Engage your core by contracting your abdominal muscles.

Begin by taking one knee up to your chest and while keeping the other in the starting position.

Make a light jump off the ground and quickly switch legs.
-
Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
TIPS

Avoid leaning backwards while performing this exercise.
