Online Personal Training

Online Personal Training is a good tool for those persons who are generally self-sufficient, motivated and willing to put in the effort in your workouts, but who need some guidance in setting up an exercise programme to meet their goals.

Based on your individual profile (e.g. age, exercise history, fitness level, available equipment, schedule, availability, medical history, fitness goals, etc.), your online trainer will provide you with a personalised weekly workout plan. The programme is accompanied by links to an extensive online exercise library to assist you in performing the exercises correctly.  The package also includes a weekly trainer consultation to keep you motivated and accountable.

Training Plans

Clients can select from three available packages:   

PACKAGE 1:  Four (4)-Week Plan                    BDS$ 120.00   (US$   60.00)

PACKAGE 2:  Six (6)-Week Plan                       BDS$ 165.00   (US$   82.50)

PACKAGE 3:  Twelve (12)-Week Plan              BDS$ 300.00  (US$ 150.00)

All packages include: a workout plan for each week; unlimited access to the PPT Exercise Database; and, direct contact with your trainer.
