INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by selecting your distance about 10 to 30 meters in distance with two markers.

  • Begin by starting at one marker in the running position.

  • Run from one marker to the next.

  • Now run back to the starting marker.

  • Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions or time.

TIPS

  • Pace yourself and try not to run to fast too early and maintain a steady pace between markers for the recommended repetitions or time.

Variation

  • Beginners can perform this exercise while walking or a combination of walking and running at the same time.

  • Increase distance or speed to add difficulty to this exercise.
