INSTRUCTIONS

Start by selecting your distance about 10 to 30 meters in distance with two markers.

Begin by starting at one marker in the running position.

Run from one marker to the next.

Now run back to the starting marker.

Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions or time.
TIPS

Pace yourself and try not to run to fast too early and maintain a steady pace between markers for the recommended repetitions or time.
Variation

Beginners can perform this exercise while walking or a combination of walking and running at the same time.

Increase distance or speed to add difficulty to this exercise.
